Are you wanting to know what a house payment would be? I can also give you an idea of closing cost also. I need an estimate of the price of the home. What price range are you looking in?

question could you show us on paper how much the
1. purchase total is, i don’t know real estate
2. first month total costs
3. 2nd month total costs – i assume it would go on the same from there

I was browsing blogs and came across someone mentioning buying houses from banks. Looked up my area and saw a house for 95k. So let’s use that for example.
1. from start to finish, how much would i need to get the keys in my hand.
2. what could that next month TOTALLY costs [ i rent now and don't pay anything for upkeep and stuff, I know all these fees exist, and as a homeowner you pay them all]
my uncle was trying to tell me off the top of his head but.. he forgets
