What are some of the reasons why a credit bureau won’t let you see your report online. I enter all information correctly then at the end it states that I have to send it through the mail to obtain my report. Why?

Legally your allowed to view your credit report once a year for free without signing up for those gimmicky web sites. I beleive the site is https://www.annualcreditreport.com

It could either mean you have a Security Freeze on your report or that a question they asked to verify was incorrect. I have the same exact problem when I go to annualcreditreport.com. I just went through Experian themselves and got my report (unfortunately you do have to pay).

Call Trans Union toll free @ 1-877-322-828 and and type in the info and see what happens. You can also request the other 2 reports from Trans Union

One of the agencies and I forget which, either Expedian or Equifax, pretty regularly spits out that denial.
