No free online credit reports in Canada at all. As one of the other answers states you can pay for your report (and your credit score for that matter) online or you can request your free credit report (sent by mail) either by telephone (automated verification system) or by sending in request forms and supporting documentation.
It’s also important to note that here in Canada you can request your free credit report as many times as you want, you are not restricted to one free report per year.
There are three credit bureaus in Canada however,
Equifaxhttp://www.equifax.com/EFX_Canada/consum…
1-800-663-9980
Transunionhttp://www.transunion.ca/ca/personal/cre…
1-800-465-7166
Northern Credit / Experianhttp://www.creditbureau.ca/ENGLISH/your_…
(Northern credit isn’t very popular, but for the price of a stamp it wouldn’t hurt to check them too).

Contact Equifax and Tran Union in Canada. You have to send identifications so that they can verify and send you your free credit report. I usually obtain copy online with FICO score and it costs around $22.
