You can go to either of the places listed below but you will have to give credit card info. Like the guy said about being charged you must cancel within the time they give you or you will be charged. Also you only get to view your report for free once unless denied credit. Also you won’t be able to get your score they charge for that.

go to annualcreditreport.com – you will have to pay if you want your score.
Or enroll in a credit protection program from your bank for the free trial period.

I’m not convinced about annualcreditreport.com myself, I had a report from them a while back and they charged my card without my permission!
I read a very positive review for creditreport.com on a site I stumbled across and I know several people who have used them so they seem to have a good reputation.
