I got one from http://www.freecreditreport.com – all you have to do is cancel within 30-days so you don’t get charged.
I canceled mine 5 days later and made sure I had a cancellation email, along with a confirmation number well before the 30 days.

I wish people would quit suggesting http://www.freecreditreport.com
This site requires you to join a membership and pay for your reports. Sure, you could sign up, then cancel once you have your report. But why do you want to play these games when the government already has a site set up??

http://www.annualcreditreport.com and http://www.freecreditreport.com — with the second, be sure you call their 1-800 number and cancel it within 30 days. I did, and it was not a problem at all! But the first one… AnnualCreditReport is completely free.
Good luck!
Sarah

You dont have to “cancel” anything on this site.
