The only site where you can get your free credit report (all Americans are entitled to one free credit report within a 12-month period from each of the three agencies) is http://www.annualcreditreport.com/ but no credit scores. Credit scores are available as an add-on feature of the report, for a nominal fee. This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. In the so called ‘free credit score’ sites, you will have to sign up for their ‘other services’ to check your score for ‘free’.

You can also call Trans Union toll free @ 1-877-322-8228 for all 3 free credit reports.
