the US government mandated that US consumers be entitled with 1 free credit report per year.. you can try this site: http://www.annualcreditreport.com.
I haven’t tried that myself though coz I rely more on http://www.freecreditreport.com for daily monitoring instead of yearly… but you can check it out in google if you have any doubts..
