The official website is annualcreditreport.com (yeah, that sounds like a spam post catchphrase, but this is NOT a spam post).
It took me a little while to figure out that’s the legit place to get a free copy of your credit report from all three bureaus each year.

If you know where your guardian used your name and credit, you can go there (with proper I.D.) and dispute that account or go to http://www.freecreditreport.com and dispute it there to clear your credit.

Many states allow one free credit report per year from each of the top 3 companies.
