You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the 3 major credit monitoring bureaus once per year.
Go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com. This is the site recommended by the US Government (see the link below). It is a secure site and they will give you a free copy of your credit report. They charge you a little bit to get your actual credit score, but the report is completely free.
Don’t be fooled by going to other scam sites. Many of them will offer you a free report IF you purchase some credit monitoring service, or some may even steal your identity. The approved site to use is http://www.annualcreditreport.com!

they just gave you the site to get your free annual reports
all others sites are not the same
