Good information. The credit agencies are really getting bad about trying to enroll people in services they DO NOT need. When I got my free credit reports, I had to search the different credit agency’s webpages to figure out how NOT to enroll in some overpriced credit protection plan.

Annualcreditreport dot com redirects you to Experian which is owned by Freedcreditreport dot com which enrolls you in Triple Advantage. Knowing how unethical Freecreditreport dot com was, I went to annualcreditreport dot com and ended up being redirected to freecreditreport dot com and those f-ing bastards enrolled me in Triple Advantage. I kid you not.

they will give you a free credit report but not a free credit score.for that you have to pay.

Good question,

There are Consumer Credit Reports and Business Credit Reports. Consumer Reports don’t show things like your FICO Score and other things that are important to businesses.

The Big 3 Credit Bureaus Produce Consumer Reports because the FCRA and FACT Act require them to do so.

What kinds of things did the profile show?

You know, i have a friend in car sales, he ran my credit for me and gave me the copy, this was after i requested my credit reports from the big 3 and the report that the car dealership had and the report sent to me had different information on it.
the car dealership had much more info and more profile about it on me then my requested one did.
Whats up with that?
