There’s really no service contract to cancel. All you did was pay the add’l fee for the credit reports.

AnnualCreditReport.com gives you online access to all three credit bureaus. You are entitled to a free report each year from each of the credit bureaus — Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.
It sounds like you went back to the same credit bureau and had to pay for the second report. There isn’t anything to cancel. You didn’t sign up for any service.
